Eric Turner

Clinical Director

Eric has been working in the field of ABA since 2016. He received his bachelor’s degree in sociology from Utah State University, and Master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology.
He became a BCBA in 2020, and has worked with children, adolescents, and teenagers in different settings including school, home, and the community. His favorite part of working with children and their families is being able to incorporate their interests and priorities into sessions, as well as see the progress that can be made building skills and allowing learners to access greater opportunities.

Alex Fallon

Behavior Analyst

Alex has been passionate about supporting people with disabilities since her high school years and continues to find joy in partnering with families and celebrating every milestone – big and small! She earned her undergraduate degree from Utah State University (Go Aggies!) and her graduate degree from University of West Florida, and is proud to call Cache Valley home.

Throughout her career, Alex has worked with individuals across the lifespan, supporting a wide range of strengths, needs, and challenging behaviors. She brings extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior and values close collaboration with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals. Alex is committed to providing practical, meaningful interventions that enhance everyday life and empower those she serves.

Corbin Cowan

Training Specialist

Corbin has been with Possibilities since May 2024 and began serving as the Training Specialist in Logan in 2026. Possibilities was his first clinic as an RBT, and he has now discovered his passion for behavioral therapy and supporting individuals with autism and their families. 

Corbin grew up in northern Utah and now lives in Logan, where he continues to pursue his interested in psychology and behavior analysis. He hopes to further his career in the field by becoming a BCBA in the future. Outside of work, Corbin enjoys cooking and baking, analyzing movies and TB shows, and spending time with family and friends.
