Christina Brown, BCBA

Clinical Director

Christina has a background in Special Education, with experience working with early learners through high school-aged individuals. She received her Bachelor of Science in Teaching and Learning from the University of Houston in 2014

and her Master of Arts in Low Incidence Disabilities and Autism from Sam Houston State University in 2017. Christina has provided services in diverse settings, including homes, schools, clinics, and community environments. She has also developed expertise in delivering ABA interventions to learners, focusing on social, functional, and daily living skills needed for the transition post-high school. She has successfully extended support to individuals with various diagnoses to help employ evidence-based strategies to foster their growth and development. In addition to her direct service provision, she is proficient in utilizing Telehealth technology and remote in-home services to ensure seamless access to quality care for her learners and their families since 2020. Before her role as a BCBA, she spent three years as a high school special education teacher in the public schools of northwest Houston. This experience gave her valuable insights into the unique challenges her learners and families have faced, further strengthening her ability to tailor interventions to their specific requirements.

Dru Hedman

Care Coordinator

Dru Hedman is The Care Coordinator and Training Specialist for Possibilities ( Cedar). Dru is From St. George Utah and is currently attending Southern Utah University getting her degree in Social work and plans to get her BCBA license.

Dru has 9 years of experience working in Behavioral and Mental Health fields. Dru has been an RBT for 8 years working alongside BCBAs and Parents assisting in pre-authorizations, intakes, writing treatment plans, and parent trainings. Working as a Lead RBT teaching the RBT course to new trainees, Dru’s goal is to make Possibilities ABA an environment where families and staff feel welcome and supported. Dru considers herself to be the biggest advocate for compassion based ABA and is excited to continue her career in this field. When not working Dru loves to spend time with her family, being on the lake and hiking with anyone who wants to join!

Isabella Cogliano

Behavior Analyst

Isabella has always had a passion working with individuals who have autism. She found her passion in the 3rd grade when she met a classmate who fell on the autism spectrum and she included him during recess, lunch, and free-play at the school.

She would sit next to him during every class and help him the best she could. Isabella and this individual became best friends. In 6th grade Isabella volunteered doing Best Buddies at her school and did a summer program helping individuals with school work, sports, and going on field trips. She did this until high school and then got involved with volleyball and lacrosse. Isabella earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services from Northern Vermont University. While in college Isabella obtained different jobs in the field, being a Behavior Technician, Peer Mentor, Paraprofessional, and doing her own business after school hours. Her own business included taking individuals out in the community to develop social skills, teach life skills, making and maintaining different relationships, and enjoying nature and sports, such as hiking, biking, swimming, and track and field. Isabella obtained her Master’s in Special Education with an emphasis in ABA in August 2024 from Arizona State University and became licensed as a BCBA in January 2025.

Kate Pape

Behavior Analyst

Kate is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an abundance of experience and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. Her journey in the field began in 2011, where she gained hands-on experience working directly with clients.

From 2011 to 2016, she honed her skills and developed a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Kate achieved her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2016. Since then, Kate has worked across a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic-based, community, and school environments, tailoring her interventions to meet the unique needs of her clients. Her diverse experiences have allowed her to approach each case with creativity and expertise, ensuring individualized and impactful support for those she serves. Kate earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Louisiana State University, where she developed a deep understanding of speech and language challenges, inspiring her to pursue a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Texas Tech University. Throughout her career, Kate builds strong connections with clients, families, and professionals. She emphasizes collaboration and education, empowering those she works with to take an active role in the behavior change process. Her approach is guided by compassion, creativity, and a commitment to achieving meaningful, lasting outcomes.

Jillian Pino

Behavior Analyst

Jillian Pino comes all of the way from Bloomington, Indiana. She has worked in ABA for 8.5 years, starting out as an RBT for 4 years then obtaining her certification as a BCBA in January, 2021.

She received her Bachelors of Liberal Studies with a Social and Historical Studies Concentration and minors in Counseling and Sociology from Indiana University in 2016 and her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from Ball State University in 2020. She is the youngest of five siblings and has eight nieces and nephews (with more to come), which gives her a natural ability to connect with children in a meaningful and compassionate way. She has experience implementing the principles of behavior in a play-based clinic using natural environment teaching to support the growth and development of skills for learners. She excels at teaching learners valuable communication skills, incorporating creative visual supports for teaching, and collaborating with families to support them through the therapeutic process. She is highly creative and makes crochet stuffed animals in the winter months. When it gets warm outside, she enjoys walking her husky dog Tiberius, kayaking, fishing, hiking (with her cats), riding bikes, and running.

Kaleigh is an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in her second year of practice. Originally from Saratoga Springs, Utah, she is new to the Cedar City area and has been thrilled to witness the clinic’s incredible growth—from serving just a few children to becoming a thriving center.

While not currently enrolled in school, she is passionate about her future goal of earning a degree in forensic behavior analysis. She loves working with children, finding joy in their unique personalities and boundless excitement, which inspires those around them. She is eager to continue contributing to the clinic’s success and making a positive impact in the lives of the children and families she serves.

Corbin has been with Possibilities since May 2024, and started working as the training specialist in Cedar City in December of 2024. Possibilities is his first clinic as an RBT, and he has found his love for behavioral therapy here.

Corbin grew up in northern Utah, and is now living in Cedar City attending Southern Utah University as a psychology major. He is wanting to continue his career in behavioral analysis by becoming a BCBA later down the road. When Corbin is not working, he enjoys cooking/baking, analyzing movies and TV shows, and spending time with his family and friends.
