Jess Herbert
Clinical Director
These experiences have led to a deeper understanding and desire to be a collaborative team player in providing exceptional applied behavior analysis therapy services to learners and their families through partnerships and mutual respect. Jess obtained her Bachelors in Psychology from South Dakota State University in 2015 and her Masters in Psychology with a specialization in ABA from Capella University in 2017. In 2018, she became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been enjoying practicing as one. When she is not supporting learners and their families, she enjoys spending time with her little family and cat or reading a good book.

Kayla Pence
Care Coordinator
Kayla is originally from Mitchell, SD and has lived in Sioux Falls for over 10 years. She now serves as a Care Coordinator at Possibilities ABA, where she supports learners and families through thoughtful planning, connection, and a team-centered approach.
As a Registered Behavior Technician, Kayla has worked closely with children and adults with disabilities, including individuals on the autism spectrum and those with deafblindness and complex support needs. Her experiences have shaped a calm, organized, and compassionate approach to helping families feel supported, understood, and confident in the care their child receives. Kayla is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for families from the very first visit.
Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, spending time outdoors, and being with her husband, son, and three kitties.
